This paper is the outcome from eight of the nine Major Groups and other Stakeholders presented in Nairobi, Kenya, gathered to discuss positions and prepare inputs on the work and topics of the Ad Hoc Open Ended Expert Group (“AHOEEG”) on Marine Litter and Micro-plastics.

The aim of this document is to offer a reflection of the discussion, concerns, questions, and ideas  we shared for the upcoming Expert Group meeting, and should not necessarily be seen as a  “position paper”.
