HLPF 2018: Jaclyn Blickley’s intervention at the 49th meeting of the ECOSOC High-Level segment 2018

While 8 of the 17 goals explicitly integrate commitments to women and girls, the achievement of the agenda has implications for women’s and girls’ human rights. The six goals under review at the HLPF are as important for gender equality as they are critical for sustainable development.

Jaclyn Blickley (IPPF WHR , USA) presented her combined statement on behalf of the Women’s Major Group during the 49th Meeting ECOSOC High-level segment 2018, at the High-level Political Forum, held in New York, at the UNHQ, on 19th July 2018.
